Loft office air conditioning and refresh

A converted loft that worked as a home office for ten months of the year and became unusable every summer. The owner ran the job through our online quote tool on a Sunday evening, liked the range, and booked a survey the same week.

Our engineers installed a wall-mounted split air conditioning system — quiet enough for video calls, with the outdoor unit positioned discreetly at the rear of the property. Rather than leave the new pipework boxing bare, our decorators boxed it in, caulked and painted it to match, and took the opportunity to repaint the whole room while the furniture was already shifted.
