New en-suite and landing redecoration

The classic 'we have the space, we just need the trades' job: turning a deep built-in wardrobe and a slice of the main bedroom into a proper en-suite shower room, then redecorating the bedroom and landing that the work touched.

This is exactly the kind of project that punishes homeowners who have to coordinate trades themselves — plumbing, drainage, tiling, an extractor, decoration, all in a tight sequence in an occupied house. Our team handled it as one job: first fix plumbing and waste runs, a tanked and fully tiled shower enclosure, a compact wall-hung basin and WC, underfloor heating beneath a tiled floor, and an extractor ducted to the eaves.

Once the wet room was complete, our decorators made good and repainted the bedroom and landing so the whole upstairs read as finished, not patched. Handover included the snagging walkthrough, care instructions for the tiled surfaces, and the workmanship guarantee in writing.
